Catalog book design of WPA posters; By the People, For the People is a collection of posters produced in America from 1936 to 1943 as part of FDR's New Deal. Book layout was done in InDesign and was perfect bound by hand; a post card was included in the back.
The boldly colored and graphically diverse posters are contrasted dramatically against photographs taken during a similar time period of people struggling through the Great Depression.
